While "agnostic" can meet "unsure," "atheist" does not mean "sure." We can be both atheist and agnostic--they're not mutually exclusive positions. Anyone who understands the impossibility of proving a negative (there are no invisible pink unicorns) is by definition an agnostic, and can certainly be an atheist as well. That's where I fit.

Personally I'm glad people did band together and made their voices heard. We remain the most mistrusted and vilified demographic in the US, and that's not going to change without people making noise. I'm not much of a noise-maker myself, but like you, I'm unapologetic about my lack of belief.Christiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04790254095181211289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17827759.post-5925485970092630662012-05-06T09:43:12.147-04:002012-05-06T09:43:12.147-04:00We're on the same page. I just don't want other people to push their agenda on me and others. And I find atheists who are nothing but antagonistic against anyone who has faith (regardless of who they are) are just silly. Christians are a diverse group...

Anywho! Yay!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13571452656553970472noreply@blogger.com
